Micronized fiber
Micronized dietary fiber is a product that is obtained as a result of an innovative micronization process. It is a process of minimizing the diameter of the product particles, thanks to which we obtain fiber of unique properties.
Dietary fiber is one of the basic components of the proper nutrition of every human being. Thanks to the daily consumption of fiber, we can prevent many civilization diseases. Its sources are mainly vegetables, fruits, nuts and grains. The highest content of fiber is found in the indigestible parts of plants, such as the leaves, stems, skins of vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, due to the difficulties with the processing of indigestible parts, they are often rejected from the production process, which in fact, means that we are deprived of the most valuable sources of fiber.
During the micronization process, we are fragmenting all parts that have been rejected so far, as a result of which we obtain a rich fiber that differs from the ones available on the market. The average fiber length is less than 30 microns. Micronized fiber is permanently fluffy, has a high nutritional value, and the ability to bind and retain fluids. The entire production process is carried out following the principles of GMP and the ISO 22000: 2006 standard, constituting the HACCP system. Irradiation with ionizing rays is not used in the production process. The product is GMO-free.
